Frustrating
Cannot complete log in. Correct email, phone number and passwords, then they send a 4 digit code to my phone, when entered, the app never recognises it. Useless.
Unable to verify
Go to sign in can do it on the website but in the app says the code sent is invalid, very frustrating to try to set up gave up.
Relentless notifications
This app is constantly sending me notifications at all times of day and night about my reward being about to expire, yet there are no rewards in the app. Utterly infuriating.
Don’t bother
This app is a complete waste of time. My partner and I both went to get our free loaf for signing up and watched the reward mysteriously disappear while waiting in the queue for Brumby’s. I get notifications every day telling me I have a reward and when I log in there is nothing. Brumby’s don’t have a Contact Us page and from the looks of these reviews, they don’t care about responding and fixing the problems either. Am deleting.

Doesn’t work
Had a physical card and couldn’t sign up with app (despite staff telling me I could), so I had to create a new account.
App collects reward dollars but no other rewards are ever available. Even when the app sends a notification that a reward is available, once I go into the app it’s not there.

False rewards
This is the most annoying app… constantly tells me I have a reward, go into rewards section and there’s nothing there!
Daily Notifications advising of a Reward that doesn’t exist. This bug needs to be fixed!
Every day I get the following notification from the App “You’ve just earned a reward. Open your app to check it out.” When I open the App and go to the rewards section it says “You currently don’t have any rewards.” I don’t want to turn off my notifications, as I don’t want to miss any actual promotions. Please fix this bug!!

Won’t let me confirm my account
This app has sent me 6 codes to my phone and when I enter them it tells me it’s an invalid code. I can’t even log in to see if the app is any good. Please fix.

Gets to password screen (4/5) and won’t progress m. Have activated card from store. Probably time to punt your digital/activation agency and get a real system.

There’s no point registering if it won’t let you go past the email page. Waste of time
Same experience… verification code not valid
I have an account, tried to login, “verification code not valid” message coming up repeatedly. Just checked all the other reviews and this seems to be a pattern. Wondering if app developer is going to fix at any stage?
Useless, Can’t log in
Currently have a rewards card & decided to download app for convenience. Mobile number used to log in but it is associated with rewards card so when I try to log in the app recognises an account exists but no password was ever set. Can’t enter a password, can’t use ‘forgot password’ as app says account has to be verified to use forgot password. Tried emailing for help but email was undeliverable. Useless app. Wasted too much time trying to get this to work 🤬

Can’t set up account
Have tried to put in birthday but you can’t put the actual birth year. Will not accept password even though it has exactly what is required. Have given up and deleted the app.
Easy sign up
They must have fixed all the bugs because signing up was easy. It has all my previous purchases on it and will be easier to use my phone than finding my card each time. Good job 😁

Just lost another customer
Tried to create an account as encouraged by my local Brumby’s - but your stupid app won’t accept my password to create the account - even though it meets the “one upper, lower, number and special character (minimum 8 characters) requirement.
I tried four different words but no results.

You want your customers to use this app but when it downloads you can not use it as it will not log into account and make anyone who tried to sign in start another profile please fix
