Good but continually asking for login
The app is good but why does it continually keep asking you to login???? All you are doing is opening and closing curtains so why you need to login every few days when you open the app is beyond me. Doesn’t even have Face ID to speed up the process.

Works as intended
The app does the job. Older blind motors also do, but will not work without the internet, it needs their server. If it or your internet is down, only the manual buttons work.

Works very well occasionally it fails to open or close.
Temperamental to start with
A little tricky to set up, perseverance required, but once up and running absolutely brilliant. No attention required. I have 3.

Sunset / sunrise times not correct
After being ignored and no updates for years over the last few weeks they have moved servers and updated the several times. Despite this, the sunset / sunrise time is still stuck at the same time and not updating.

Brunt blind engine
I have had 3 of these engines for 5 years now and for the last 3 years they have been absolutely useless! They need to be rest by brunt so I can register them to get them to work. Sent many emails to brunt. never have they ever answered any email and so I have had to junk them and replace them with a similar product that has much better support. My advice to anyone considering buying one of these is to go elsewhere. They are fine whilst they work but as soon as a problem they stop working and become useless.

The app does exactly what I want it to do, opens the blinds etc with the slide of the finger, only wish the latency was a bit quicker. The app is great though
Not the Best Experience
Brunt Blind Engine often goes offline, after sales tech support is not great. The actual device works well most of the time when connected. Easy to fit.

the developer/retailer has gone bust
…sadly. The servers don’t work, social media accounts are down, no response via any platform. Which is a shame because it was the best product out there.

Sunrise Still Not Fixed
Sunrise use to work however it hasn’t for nearly two years. Defeats the object having to change the time for something that is shown as a feature.
Convenient
The blind control is great. My only gripe and my reason for one less star, is because the app keeps asking for you to log in too often.
Schedule not reliable
Too often the blind motor skips a time slot. No good if you’re out and want the security of knowing they’ll close when scheduled.
