Not opening

Paid for a year of this app and it won’t let us in. Up until now it was working great & my son loved it. Please resolve this issue

Good

My 4yo kid really likes brushing teeth with this app. He uses regular brush, not electric, and it also works . However, we would like to see a few improvements. 1) Could you please create more educational videos inside the app? After a few months of brushing , kid starts getting bored because there is no continuation in stories about brushmons and a dentist cabinet. 2) Can you please add a button to expand brushing time? It passes so quickly. Thank you.

BEST THING EVER!!!

I LOVE THIS! : so I wasn't doing that much of brushing my teeth so when I saw this I'm like "OMG LETS TRY THIS!" . AND I LOVE IT!

Paid for a subscriptions and couldn’t link any profile, app no longer works.

Not able to add my second toothbrush/profile

This app is difficult to use. It does not allow me to add a second profile. I bought two brush monster tooth brushes but I can only add one of the profiles for one of my kids. Very frustrating!

Premium Membership Only. Not worth the money

Used the basic free app to encourage my child to brush and it was working well. Didn’t use any additional aspects of the app.

Now you can only use the app if you buy the premium membership which isn’t worth the money for the little we would use, especially with the cost of living. It’s a shame because this was a good and useful little app.

If there was a free version and a premium upgrade I would have continued to use it for free until money improved, and then paid for the premium if required. Now, not a chance.

Love app but can’t find actual toothbrush

I’m in the US and like this brushing app for my 9 yo better then all the others I’ve downloaded. Yet I can’t find the actual toothbrush to buy so I could sync it up. Amazon no longer carrying and general Google search didn’t bring up anything. Where do I find it? We have a different Bluetooth brush now but it wouldn’t sync.

Love!

This is a great easy app to teach kids to brush correctly! I’m surprised it doesn’t have more reviews. I had to leave one! Both my kids use it ages 10 and 5.

Why can’t I view my child’s data

My child is 2 so she I’ll not finish the whole brushing teeth part… why can’t I see her Data ?

Hi, thank you for using Brushmonster! The brushing result data is only shown when the user finishes brushing teeth with Brushmonster toothbrush connected via bluetooth. Let me know if you have any further questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

Only one issue so far

This is a pretty cool app to brush my teeth to but my only issue so far is that when you go to make an account and you get to the part where it asks for a birthdate it doesn’t go any further than 2002. Other than that I like it!

Activation Key?

This is an update to my original post. The developer got back to me. It was not the internet connection, but my VPN that was causing the issue. All is good.

The brush is fantastic for my five-year old, great size and easy to hold. The augmented reality part of the app worked for about two weeks then stopped. I get a message that my activation key is invalid or expired. There is no place to enter an activation key nor is there an activation key included in the box with the brush. There is also no place to buy replacement brush heads for this brush. When it is time to replace the brush head this brush will go away.

Hi :) We are sorry for your inconvenience. The activation key invalid message pops up when internet is not connected. Would you please try to turn off the app , check the internet setting and turn on the app again? If there's still a problem with the activation key message, please send us email at contact@kittenpla.net. You can also buy new brush heads on Amazon.com. We recommend to replace the brush head at least once a month. Thank you for using our product :)

Magic!

This app has revolutionized our mornings and bedtimes. We used to have a huge struggle every time we had to brush teeth and now my 4 year old is excited to do it. We’ve been using the app for two weeks and she’s still engaged because it’s a new monster every time. She’s also learning to brush properly all by herself. Thanks, brush monster!
