I cannot choose more photos. I am locked on this one photo and cannot even go to another photo that I want to use. Thank goodness this is. Trial. I cannot unselect limit photo as I no get out of the one photo I selected. Obviously unless I get help I will not be buying this app

I’ve enjoyed manipulating some of my photos with this app. The interface is intuitive. I have successfully transformed some mediocre photos into frame worthy pieces.

Do not do the “free try” they charge you $10.83 dollars right away. Do not do the free try. This app does not have really good filters.

My favorite app!
Brushstroke is one of the most useful apps. I’m an artist and love using this app to get a feel for the composition and colors of a painting with just a press of a button. So helpful!

I love this app because the possibilities are endless. Between the dozens of options for style and then color, the only thing you need to add is a picture and your own creativity.

Dont bother
Advertised as free so you assume it was free to use with potential to purchase add ons etc but doesn’t let you do literally ANYTHING with out a subscription
Good, but some bugs need to be resolved
This is a good little app but there are a few little bugs that need to be looked at.
I am using an iPhone 8+ with iOS16.
Sometimes, I don’t want to add any paint effects. I just want to frame a photo.
When I turn the paint slider to 0, it just stays at 50%?
Instead of having to go to the paint effect panel, how about, just allowing us to bypass this section and go straight to the frame section.
Essentially, the slider function on all the paint effects, is broken. It only seems to understand the 50% value.
This is a bug and needs to be fixed.
And the other feature that would be nice, is to allow us to add a signature image.
Writing a signature with one’s finger, is quite difficult, but it would be great, if we could browse our photo album and choose an image signature. Maybe allow us to crop & resize it, inside the app, as well.
I did send a report to the technical support team, but they advised me to use the iPad Pro version.
I don’t have an iPad, so this is a pointless reply.
Please fix and update the iPhone version.
UPDATE 2025:
Can you implement the bug fix at least please. It’s been a couple of years and when you set the slider to 0%, it doesn’t remove the effect.
This is a bug.
It really should be fixed.

My apologies. I see that you have applied both the bugfix and the signature enhancement to Brushstroke Pro.
Is there any chance that Brushstroke Pro will be coming to the iPhone?
