Bad app from an athletic department with a bad director.
Stop acting like a fourth rate outfit. I did not remember to check in until the end of the game and it was already removed from the event list.
It’s broken again. Don’t bother with this app. Lost 200 points.
What is the deal that some events that you have to wait until start time to check in but others let you check in 30 minutes before.

No more Facebook sign in
The latest update took away the option to sign in via Facebook and I can no longer access my account because of this change, I don’t understand why this change even needed to happen? Especially halfway through Fall quarter, I lost all the points I accumulated and there’s no way to get them back
App No Longer Works
App keeps closing as soon as I click on it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of times.
App hasn’t been updated for a year. UCLA fix your app. We expect an app to at least work properly. Stop neglecting the Bruwin Rewards app.

App keeps crashing
After a couple of years of having the app without any problems, it now keeps crashing every time I try to open it.
Nonfunctional Update
I had few problems with the app last year. After the recent update, it seems none of the features are working.
Bad app
This app doesn't work. Trying to check in at the gymnastics meet, inside the Pauley Pavilion, I kept getting an error that I was not close enough.
UCLA Alum
Is there a zero-star rating available...? Tried this app for football season and it failed on all levels.
It wouldn't let me check in before the official start time of the Memphis-UCLA football game (when I was walking into the stadium) because the event had not begun yet. So it looks like I have to wait for kickoff to try checking on...
...only to find that, once inside the Rose Bowl, it gave a bunch of nonsensical error messages like: I was having difficulty checking in - trying to check in again usually helps with this problem; my internet connection was not working / was unavailable, and; that my phone could not find my location / needed a wi-fi connection to find me (despite my being able to open a map app and have it instantly geolocate me inside the Rose Bowl!).
It also told me the app works better with a wi-fi connection. Well isn't that awesome, because the Rose Bowl doesn't provide wi-fi - so connecting to a wi-fi signal, as recommended by the app...? Not even an option! Guess they didn't field test this app at actual UCLA Athletics facilities, did they?
Then, after trying all game to get this thing to work, I finally manage to connect to the app's server just after the game ends... only to have it tell me the event is over - and that I can't check in as a result... No points for you! Yay...
