THE BS METER Point your phone at someone talking. The AI listens and judges every word — a gauge swings from CLEAN to BUSTED in real time, with receipts. HOW IT WORKS - Real-time AI listens to the conversation and scores each statement 0–100 - The needle slams when it catches a contradiction — and quotes the evidence back ("ten o'clock just became 2 AM") - PROBE mode: the machine asks its own trick questions - Busted verdicts come with a spoken one-liner from the machine - Share the verdict card: honesty rating and the biggest lie of the night TWO TRUTHS & A LIE Party mode: one player says three things about themselves, two true and one a lie. The machine scores each and crowns the lie — vague fibs burn brightest. THE SCIENCE-ISH PART The scoring is inspired by published deception research: it looks for contradictions against what was said earlier, vague uncheckable stories, dodged questions and impossible claims — and it rewards people who come clean. It also knows what does NOT work: nervousness, stutters and slow answers are ignored, because science says those are myths. THE HONEST PART FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
