I’ve lost 7lbs in one week
I’ve been following the Keto diet and with BShape, I am able to track how many carbs, fats and calories I am eating. It’s been a life saver. The virtual coach in the app is always pushing me to keep on track which is something that I really need. It feels like I have someone who cares about me succeeding my goals.
