BSLIS application is developed for Sugar Industries to show the live Sugar Lab analyses results and plant performance to the users. In Sugar, plant Lab has a vital role. The lab performs do multiple analyses on Sugar Cane, Chemicals used in the process of production of sugar, molasses, bagasse & massecuite, etc. Post-production of sugar many analyses are performed on sugar quality too. By doing all these analyses, the lab helps sugar plants to analyze any anomalies in the process of sugar production. This application is linked to the BSLIS Web application wherein the Sugar Lab enters only the analyses data, the rest of the calculation is done by the application. BSLIS (http://bslis.com) is a centralized application i.e. a single application will be for all the sugar units, by this all sugar units will be on the same platform which will simplify the reporting & comparatives among all sugar units. Using this web application, Now, a lab chemist will save all analysis data to the database, the rest of the task will be performed by the web application itself.
