The app always asks for security questions even if Face ID is on. Also, to app logs off to quickly.

Monthly passcode change requirement
Changing the passcode every month is not convenient… thus changing it on mobile then workstation. There are better IT security ways to improve on this.
Password submission
Currently not very easy to know or recover if a mistake is made while typing in the password since only a round blob shows. Some apps show the last character input.

Third time I’ve deposited this check the first 2 are out there in cyberspace somewhere. Also at login the app doesn’t strip off trailing spaces. Type in your username don’t just accept the suggestion

This app works good enough for keeping track of your current balance & that's the only good thing. The app is constantly doing some kind of "over the air" updating when you try using it. For some reason it doesn't only update from the app store updates like normal apps. Then when using touch ID/Online Banking BSNB makes you change your password every 6 months or more depending on updates and account notifications.. To get back into your account you must call and answer 10 minutes worth of security questions every time after you most likely have no idea anymore what your actual password is, and get locked out once again from the app and online banking. I'm so sick of dealing with this ridiculous security I'm ready to close my account. I am not a multimillionaire,I don't want 250 layers of security every time I am forced to call again or to constantly change my password! I just want to keep one password until I decide to change it!!

It gets the job done MOST of the time. I’ve had trouble logging on lately getting “unexpected error” messages. Inconvenient when I just quickly want to check or transfer. I’m not sure if maybe its updates but I hope it works the kink out soon.

App does what it needs to do. Balances, ledger, deposit checks (best feature), etc.
Now, with Touch ID on iPhones being out for over 4 years, it is time to implement it. Even my password manager that I currently need to get into to copy out the password to log into this app uses Touch ID.

When it works, it's great. It often times out or is unavailable. This happens more often than it should. Happens weekly.
