Suggestions
Love using this app daily to find prospects. Would love to see the disposition of others more quickly. Occasionally the GPS will send you to the wrong place but overall very useful and easy to use.
not compatible with iOS14

TERRIBLE and terrible customer service

I won’t say it’s a terrible app but I am not able to log in through the app and maybe it need a little update? Idk but it would really help if I could log in
Dispositions and location
Dispositions and notes don’t update or log correctly. I wish there was a way to search an area that you aren’t currently in without it refreshing to current location
Disposition delay
Not being able to see what an agent dispositioned for a month is the biggest flaw. I am 1000% confident that if we could tell if a disposition was displayed right away that we would make 30-50% more contact with our market
Would give 5 stars but...
The only Issue I have is say that I am located in one spot (my office) and I search and see a prospect a few miles out on the app, as soon as I exit out of the prospect, it will kick me back to where I am at. So I lose the location of the prospect. Please fix!
Very bad design
This app is a great idea which is designed very week. Most of the time it hangs. Every time that you switch between this app and map or any other app you have to re-enter the password and it's not working with fingerprint, you have to enter password every time and this app designed for when you are in the field!!!
Also it's not connected with the main data bank and you can not track your activities on the main data bank

Great capability. Some viewing quirks
Excellent features and data! Two minor quirks that aren't quite bugs but if they could be fixed would make it elegant: The first time I tap on a house icon the info appears briefly then disappears. The second time it stays visible. 2, when returning to the door knock view the map zoom setting is often zoomed out a lot from the previous view. Would be great if it came back to the same exact view. Still a great app!

Always crashing. Other colleagues dispositions sometimes do not show up! Very counter productive at times. When we are able to see other colleague dispositions, we aren't able to see what they dispositioned. Can be very disappointing at times. Other times work great. Has many bugs that need fixing

BSPN app is terrible
This app closes continuously. Within a 5 minute window I can login over and over again 30 times, which makes it very time consuming to use
Love it, kicks me out though sometimes
Excellent resource, works great for sourcing our potential clients to door knock. Intermittently though I get kicked out. Have deleted app and downloaded again to try to rectify.
