Tickets don’t match what the gates say. Venue is already half an hour late opening at this stage and still waiting.. absolutely no communication form venue or app ..

Difficult to find the festival timetable, the site is more interested in selling ticket grades !!
Too much bass on Old Oak Stage
I really wanted to hear Niama Bock. The sound was OK when it was just her voice and guitar but when the rest of the band joined in the bass and drums were overwhelming and painful. I had to leave. FYI I go to a lot of gigs and festivals and I expected a lot better from BST and was very disappointed not to be able to listen to an artist I’d been looking forward to catching live.

Is my data safe?
The purchasing of tickets for Hyde park involves one app to buy them, a second to access them and a third to share them with family. All along the way there are details about how the apps will be burrowing through phone data, other apps and personal info There have been huge hacking scandals in retail sector recently. This leaves one open to too many avenues of access

Please label the physical gates and the map on the BST app with some numbers to help me navigate. Your directions are hopeless!
Unnecessary coercion
Forced to use this app to be able to access my tickets with endless hoops one has to jump through to find your tickets. Any useful information is hidden away amongst an excess of unnecessary information and events of no interest or help. Major turn off for even considering attending a future BST event - corporate overload, just send me the ticket and stop wasting my time with endless promotion.

Badly designed
I have tix for two events at the weekend, one with my young son who understands tech, one with an older person who doesn’t. Neither can work out how to transfer tickets. We use many other apps, never had these problems before.
