The dial for entering time is terrible. App is not easy to navigate.

Update: can now edit timesheets
Edit: not sure if this will work for everyone, but after I added “/web” to the end of the login server url, I can edit my timesheets just like in BST10
The only reason I had the BST10 app was to be able to input my hours on my timesheet from my work phone without having to dig out my laptop while I’m in the field. Can’t do that with BST11; the app is useless, broken, or both.

This app doesn’t work well on the phone. Doesn’t let you view job codes after you’ve entered them, and won’t tell me why I can’t submit if anything is wrong. All it does is give you an error code that you can’t look up.
It has trouble connecting to the internet as well, even if you’re connected to strong WiFi. If you put in a timesheet when it lost connection then gained it back, it will forget all your progress past when it lost connection.
Using this app is one of the worst parts of my work week to be honest!

Can’t edit timesheets
