Only worked a year.Then it wouldn’t even connect to the app.This company and app are a joke.Save your money.
Need help
Music plays, can’t get it to change colors. Keeps saying it’s disconnected but it’s clearly connected because it’s playing music... help me please.

it doesnt even work???? i bought this bulb a little over a year ago and there was another app to do all the features but yall deleted it off the app store so i downloaded this one and it says its connected but it wont do anything im actually so confused and upset.
No color change?!
The bulb is fine, and it syncs right up to music. But can’t dim, strobe, or change color. Can’t even access controls to turn off remotely. Always have to use the hard switch. Isn’t this the point of a Blutetooth bulb?!

No instructions for pairing, it said connected but nothing seemed to happen - my lightbulb works fine as a speaker without the app. The app seemingly does absolutely nothing.
Works Fine
Had zero problems connecting the bulb to Bluetooth and controlling it using this app. Maybe check that your light switch is in the on position and that you have Bluetooth turned on. Other than that I don’t see how you would have a issue. I do wish there was a option to have the colors change continuously but that’s my bad for not reading the box.

Colors don't change
Speaker works; okay nothing to write home about. Colors and dimming doesn't work.
Cool bulb. But dim.
This bulb is cool. It’s not fancy, it doesn’t strobe or flash, but it’s cool because you can change from any color including white, you can change the brightness, and you can turn it on and off all from the app. Everything about it is fine, except for one thing: It’s not quite bright enough. It’s too dim. If the max white light that it produces was bright enough, I could use this bulb to read books. But it’s too dim to read with. So I don’t know if I’m going to keep it. But aside from being too dim, I would recommend it as something fun for a lamp to use as a colorful nightlight in a child’s room or something. But it’s not bright enough to use and a lamp for a party light or for mood lighting. Too dim. But the fact that it is dim makes it a good candidate for a nightlight.

I would really like it if you were able to make the light move through all the colors or have them strobe. It's very annoying have to continually go back to the app to change the color! Please update!

Bulb is cool but the fact your can't use any functions is what kills it I mean all other color changing bulbs can use functions where you can strobe or dim in and out or rapid color change was really expecting that with this app but was highly disappointed

The app works well, and quickly. What I would like to see for next version:
1. Ability to rename the devices
2. Ability to group sets of devices by "room"
3. Combine the "Colorful" and "white" screens into one, as it would seem white could simply be one of the color presets.

This is a wonderful, cheap - $15 - alternative to all the other over-priced color-changing LED lightbulbs. Create your own colors - your only limited by your imagination!
I took them out of the boxes, screwed one into the lamp next to my bed and the other into the floor lamp across the room, and then turned 'Em on! Voila! A soft, warm, white glow. Next, I followed the SIMPLE instructions provided on downloading this APP (VERY easy; choose the color, and then you see it,) and then pairing the bulbs with the Bluetooth on my iPhone 6s. All of this took under 5 minutes.
All in all... Does what ya want easily and isn't priced ridiculously! Get it! I found mine at Publix (grocery store) so keep a look out for "BlueSky Wireless - LED Bluetooth Color-Changing SMART Bulb" (Only 4 Watts! - Replaces 30 Watt Bulbs!) Saves Energy! {est. energy cost $0.76 per year}
