Doesn’t work and no customer service

I bought one and it didn’t work. I checked with another bulb to make sure the connection was good, and it is. I returned the bulb and got a new one. This new one doesn’t work either. I called customer service during their listed hours and was unable to speak to anyone; voicemail the only option. What a pain.
