This was an excellent experience! Using the app having everything explained to me and being able to easily follow, it is a plus plus. Additionally, when the young lady came to do the work, she was kind she was cheerful. She was thorough. She was really an outstanding worker. It’s ok
It’s just ok, the app’s translation doesn’t fully work. For the service in Hoi An, cleaning is just ok. It’s awkward to have to give feedback directly, I always do but it puts the training on the customer instead of a manager or the company. It’s not really usable for short term rentals and seems to run solely on owners/customers being there in person which takes away the convenience of using an app. Again, putting the work on the customer who is paying. The cleaning is never 100%, there’s a mentality of “ehh it’s good enough”. The bathrooms are a weak point for every cleaner, almost like they just water down the whole room and leave it wet instead of using a cleaning solution plus water and scrub, then wipe clean and dry. Room for training and improvement.

Makes life easier
I really love this app. It makes like so much easier. I was able to find a quality caretaker for my children with many good reviews and a background check. They also handle the money so I’m not having to negotiate price. I will use this service for cleaning and other tasks as well. Thank you, BTaskee!

So the login system for this app is beyond broken. It should deleted and made from the ground up again. Since I am sure whoever input the system did not know what they were doing. It breaks at every chance it gets
