IT DOES NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME!! Second time I have paid the $50 to watch my daughter. Both time it is either buffering badly, not working at ALL or the video quality is terrible. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Beyond Horrible
Like Kdegol7, this app deserves a -0- not a 1. I have two granddaughters playing in the Phoenix Tournament of Champions and cant access their games. Have contacted support, but, predictably, no reply. We will see if i get the refund of the $50.00 paid for this tournament.
Total Rip Off
8 courts in one screen with no ability to zoom in and this was supposed to be a live streamed event?! More like security camera footage. I stood 12” from the tv to watch this grainy low resolution video after paying $50.
Horrible.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. No way of previewing what courts will be streamed before purchase even though all courts were advertised. Tried to watch all of our club teams day 1 only 2 courts were live one that was, was facing downward so you couldn’t see the opposing team. Messaged with issues never resolved. Was able to watch one team in the PM wave but had to have someone face time me the next day for the finals. After a day of trying to get help I Asked for a refund met with 0 response. Never had this issue with baller tv. Horrible service.

Not worth the money.
Purchased a subscription to be able to watch live stream events that I could not attend. I was able to watch one game and have not been able to watch anymore. Everytime I attempt too, it says that livestream is not down and try again later. Not worth the money.
Disappointed
THIS APP IS WORTHLESS. Was directed there by Grandsons college team. Expected GameChanger on steroids. No names on scoreboard. No scoring to follow. Innings didn’t change. Paid 70+ for nothing. You should be ashamed to take advantage of people this way.
Many things
I use this to watch my basketball games but there are many times where the camera is pointed at the opposite side of the court and I can’t see myself scoring or what’s going on and there is no way to download a clip from the app so I end up with terrible quality highlights.

The worst app
This is probably the worst live stream app available. The customer service is horrible, the quality of the stream is horrible. Most of the time, the camera pans to floor and you can’t watch the game. I would not recommend this app at all
Warning - do not purchase live stream
If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a couple live stream basketball events. I was able to watch maybe 10% of the action of the games and 90% of the refs and coaches standing near the scoring table. Do not purchase the live stream - not worth the money. Customer service blamed AI saying it couldn’t follow everything like corners and bleachers….apparently all it can follow is someone standing stationary right below the camera. Absolutely a total rip off.

Simply doesn’t work
The technology just doesn’t work. Read the other reviews. I tried to watch 4 games. One told me to come back later (when the game is over!?) One game was acceptable. The other 2 games rarely showed the end of the court where the action was at that moment. The slighted movement from either coach along the sidelines caused the camera to lock on them while play went continued at the other end of the court, off camera.

You might as well start your fire with a $50 bill. They have a terrible product and they know it. They are literally just stealing money and won’t even acknowledge that you may not be able to watch the game because there’s no video feed, and ifyou can actually watch it you get to watch the refs and the coaches in an empty backcourt. And let’s not forget to mention the camera can’t keep up with the speed of play. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating!!!

Never Again
I would literally rather stab myself repeatedly in the knee cap than have to try to stream another event with this company. Great idea, epically poor implementation. Video cuts out every 5-seconds, becoming unresponsive, then skips the next 20 seconds of game time. My internet is humming along too so that is not the problem. It’s 100% this app. Just terrible. Be warned.

Would never recommend this app to anyone
Paying $50 per tournament to watch poor quality and constant error messages is awful. The live streaming would freeze and you never get to see the play. I don’t recommend paying for the live streaming on the app or website. It happens on both. Fix your service!
Just pass and save yourself the headache
As evidenced by their 1.3 stars rating, quality and customer service aren’t a part of their company pillars. But hey, At least they don’t pretend to care. $50 to not be able to see what’s going on due to low quality and camera not being able to follow the ball. Not to mention the random games they’re just not going to push the button on their low quality production to live stream. Would have been better off setting a $50 bill on fire and flushing it down the toilet.

Don’t Waste $50
If you value your money, please do not buy this. I purchased this to watch my granddaughter play basketball in Cincinnati. Was able to watch game on Friday. Saturday is the big day can’t watch it.. Continues to buffer, continues to disconnect. I’ve tried everything from my side. Nothing’s wrong from my side.. The site is no good. They are not prepared to handle any of it. Do not buy.!

Terrible App
Can’t log into the app, so I have to use the web version. Charging $50 an event is ridiculous.
