Hi, and thanks for flagging this — your BTC isn't gone. When you tap Withdraw, the amount moves into a Pending payout (you can see it in your transaction history) and is sent to your wallet within 24 hours, which is why the main balance resets in the meantime. That's the transfer in progress, not lost funds. If a payout ever hasn't arrived within 24h, email us at claude.nextgenai@proton.me with your account and we'll sort it the same day.
