Mobile deposit system sucks
So no one understands the process. Took 1 hour to make a deposit and multiple phone calls. The system requires the app, no problem except no one knows that. Then you need to write a whole bunch of special stuff on the check that no one else requires, and no one knows that either. I’m still working on it, but a little training on the back side would be helpful

When making a mobile deposit, it shouldn’t be that difficult. If you check the box for mobile deposit, you shouldn’t have to write it on the check and if they void it, they should show that they voided it so that you’re not setting waiting.
