Useless customer support.
The setup is ok, and I did find workouts I can use, but the functionality of the app is sketchy. I tried to change some of the workout settings on either the iPhone app and on the iPad app but there’s no way to make that work, it doesn’t even give me the options once you’ve done your initial set up when I first got the app. I tried to contact Customer Support for help and they were absolutely no help at all, basically gave me useless suggestions and then when that didn’t work they totally ignored me. I’m done with these guys, I will NOT be renewing my subscription.

Enganação! Não tem personal online!!!
Eles vendem a ideia de que se você assinar a versão premium vai ter uma série funcionalidades, inclusive personal online. Mas, é mentira! O “personal online” deles é um sistema que monta um treino pouco personalizado. Eu achei que de fato fosse um personal que fizesse uma consulta online, mas não é. Assinei há 30 minutos e já me arrependi. E olha que eu procurei as informações antes de assinar e tudo levava a assinatura.

Terrible app
App keeps crashing while using online training option. Many exercises appear with 0 time and is impossible to play their videos. Spotify music stops and volume decreases. Impossible to use. Tried to use, but won’t use even for free.
