Major UX design flaw
The 1st screen asks for mobile number and then next screen for password.
if you forget your password this app is useless as there is no way to login again . I cannot reset my password or no otp based reset as well.
The school did not share the password with me hence i cannot do anything
The school bus operator has no idea how this works and hence this app is usless

Hello Mr John Your provider gives you username and password to login and for reset password its within the application and also out of it. If still you have issue please mail to review@uffizio.com so we can help you more on this.
No way to retrieve account
I forgot my password and not able to retrieve my login as the OTP to reset password is not getting delivered. Tried at least 15-20 times across different dates/days
