I was pleasantly surprised when I got this game recommended to me by my app store. I realised it was a super cute cooking game and I had to try it out.

Frustrating
I actually love this game, but the fact that it freezes after almost every level is incredibly frustrating. I also get the feeling that the game isn’t getting any new content anymore, which I think is a real shame.
After a bug-fix update came out, I thought it would run better now, but all the bugs are still there.
Customer support is practically nonexistent—I’ve been waiting over a month for my request to be processed because I didn’t receive my Game Pass items due to a bug.

Earlier this game was “bts cooking on”, I left it for few months and now all my progress is gone. I thought signing in would help but there’s no India on the list ??
Game bug
There’s this game bug at level 58 or 56, but when I log onto the game, it’s says “invalid item_0” and then takes me to the loading screen and it’s just a on going loop. So I can’t play the game please fix it I love this game.

クリスマス時期から、ゲームを開いても「invalid item 」の表示が出て確認を押すとまた1番初めのスタート画面に戻る。そしてまた「invalid item」の画面になる。その繰り返しです。

Invalid Token Error!! Will not go away.
I used to love this game but I haven’t been able to play in about two months. Every time I open the app I get an invalid token and it takes me back to the beginning. It never lets me log in. I have contacted support twice with no responses!

買ったことになってないし、アイテムも受け取れていません。エラーだったのかな？と思い、2回も購入してしまいました。2回目もダメです。支払いだけしてアイテムなしです。返金をお願いします。ゲームじたいはキャラがかわいくて好きなのに…

골든패스를 구매했는데 수령이 안되길래 여러번 재결제함 계속 해도 수령이 안되길래 결제가 안됐거니 함 총 6회 결제해서 39,000원 결제됨 난 골든패스에 대하여 얻은게 없으니 앱스토어에서 결제취소했으나 안됨. 고객센터에 1/1 글 남겼는데 현재 1/23까지 접수만 된상태고 아직도 답이없음 그동안 패스는 새롭게 시작됐고 난 저이후로 게임을 아예 접어서 얻은게 하나도 없음 내 39,000원은 언제 돌려주나요? 이거는 어디에 따져야하죠? 이렇게 고객센터 답변 늦는 경우는 처음봄 진짜 답답한데 어디다가 따질곳도 없어서 여기다가 씀 게시판보니까 나말고도 중복결제돼서 환불도 못받은사람들 많더라 진짜 그딴식으로 일하지마세요

購入したのに
ゴールドパス購入したのに反映されない。しかも3回程試したら3回分の請求がきた。それなのにまだゲームに反映されてないってどう言う事？

ある日突然アプリを立ち上げようとしたらinvlid_itemとだけ表示されるようになりました。

i love it. it’s so fun and time consuming. i love the little tinytan’s they are so adorable and the app maker must be a bts fan because there’s all kinds of references from memes and stuff. just one thing, for the purple crystal hearts i think the number to obtain a photocard should be a lot less than two hundred. it takes me like 10 levels to get one photocard, also i think there should be more photocard books from 2013 and so forth. and maybe in the app setting we can change the song that plays at the beginning when you open the app? these are just suggestions, this game is probably the best game i have. i’m proud to be an ARMY because of people like this. thank you and borahae!💜💜💜
