Game bug
There’s this game bug at level 58 or 56, but when I log onto the game, it’s says “invalid item_0” and then takes me to the loading screen and it’s just a on going loop. So I can’t play the game please fix it I love this game.
Invalid Token Error!! Will not go away.
I used to love this game but I haven’t been able to play in about two months. Every time I open the app I get an invalid token and it takes me back to the beginning. It never lets me log in. I have contacted support twice with no responses!

i love it. it’s so fun and time consuming. i love the little tinytan’s they are so adorable and the app maker must be a bts fan because there’s all kinds of references from memes and stuff. just one thing, for the purple crystal hearts i think the number to obtain a photocard should be a lot less than two hundred. it takes me like 10 levels to get one photocard, also i think there should be more photocard books from 2013 and so forth. and maybe in the app setting we can change the song that plays at the beginning when you open the app? these are just suggestions, this game is probably the best game i have. i’m proud to be an ARMY because of people like this. thank you and borahae!💜💜💜

This app should be rated higher! Love it! Usually don’t play cooking games, but the tinytan touch to it makes it fun to play!!
Cannot get account back
Haven’t been able to get my account back no matter how I try to login. Messaged their help center multiple times with no response.

No saving Update
If you have played the game before you need to wait for a pop up that will ask you to sign into your original game. Right side of screen and then it will show you options. Choose option you originally sign in and the app will then bring up your saved game.
Again fun game but it does get really hard and it is expensive.

This is a fun game. Problem is it will not save game when I exit the app. I see others have had the same problem if they played the original as I have. Whatever the reason, for some players losing their place in the game upon exiting, it needs fixed. Will review again if or when the problem is corrected

I love this game so much, it’s so many levels and funniness to it. I often catch myself playing it almost 5 hours a day, Thank you for making such an amazing game

Different than original bts cooking on
A bit disappointing compared to the original. Photo cards take 200 hearts to draw now, which is double what it was in the original game. The original also let you have 3 double heart opportunities with ads, but that has changed to double gold. It’s so much harder to collect photo cards now
I like this game a lot!
I like the dynamics of the game, the ease of play, and the fact I can see the cute TinyTAN! Collecting the photo cards is fun too. This game makes me happy to be ARMY! 💜🐥

Played for about an hour, took a break, came back and had to start from the beginning after maxing out everything in the first spot

If you lose your account go back into settings and click account settings and sign back into your account using Apple or whatever account that you used to play the game I made that mistake and wrote a bad review when I thought I lost everything so sorry about that
Tired of the same 3 icons
Can’t change profile pics with the photocards we get. Instead we are stuck with using the whale, a tart or the tinytan icon

How do I fix this issue?
Account Restoration
I loved this game before it transferred to another developer. Reached out back in June on help to restore my previous account since I spent money on it for extra items and whatnot. Haven’t received any help to restore my old account. At this point, I’ve given up. Customer service is terrible.
Meh
It’s fun at first but then it starts requiring upgrades for the next level. You don’t make enough money for all the upgrades required so you have to use wing crystals. So far that’s worked but I know soon I’ll run out then I won’t be able to advance without spending money which I refuse. Also if you don’t tap fast enough to serve or do add ons to dishes, an annoying hand pops up. Like thank you, yes I know I need to tap that, give me at least half a second. The orders also aren’t served in the order the customers come in. You can have 3 customers and your dish will go to the second or third customer instead of the customer that first came in. Disappointing game all around.

Restarting
The game was fun. I honestly sat for an hour and a half playing it until I clicked out for a second, came back, and none of my data was saved. I even made an account so my data could be saved. I’m devastated — I was getting far in the game, even though I started it today. Now I have to restart all the way from the tutorial.
