an amazing app! just one issue..
so i downloaded this app around last year and it was amazing! i loved creating and reading others stories. i would use it everyday and it was really fun. recently, it wont let me into the app. the title screen is there and it's loading and all, but while waiting for the start button to appear, it didn't come. i deleted the app to see if that would work, but it didn't and i regret deleting it. when i downloaded it again, it was loading faster and gave me an option to create a new account, or go to the one i had before. i chose my old account and it was stuck on the loading screen again.
i'm rating this app 5 stars because before this issue occurred, it was amazing, fun, and a great app for ARMYs.

One of the best games I’ve ever played ✨
Hi! I got this game around a year ago. 😃 I love it. The qualities of the stories are amazing. I even finished one story & it became one of my most favorite stories in my whole intire. It’s also so cool how you can dress up the bts members. Though one piece of feedback on the game I could say is that, the “ticket thing” is the thing I don’t like. That’s because it limits the amount of stories & episodes people can read, so maybe it would be better if there would be more tickets or none, that would be better. But overall, this game is super amazing!!! Always enjoyed it! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I love it, but somethings wrong..
I would like to say that I was very pleased with this app! It was so much fun making my own stories and reading others! I spent a lot of time on this app just reading stores and spend a good half of it making them! But my only problem is that it hasn’t been letting me play the app. I haven’t been on this for MONTHS because of it. Once I get to the screen where it shows all the members laying on the grass waiting for the start button, it won’t appear. The button doesn’t appear. I remember at some point I deleted the app. I regretted it a lot. But once I got back on it gave me the option to make a new account or go on my old one. I chose my old one because I missed it a lot and I spent a lot of gems. I even used my real money too. I was upset that it did it again. (Not letting me play the app) The start button wasn’t there. I’m downloading the app once again because I miss it. I plan on making a new account. I just hope it will work again. I’m not sure if it’s something with the app or my phone. So I’m sorry that I’m complaining to you if I was just my phone. Overall, this was an amazing experience! I loved this app so much! I played it everyday on bus to school and on my weekends! This was a great app, but please if this isn’t my phone being wonky I would really like to know why I wouldn’t let me play the app.

Very weird
I dont know why this is happening. When I downloaded the app, I was very happy since I'm a fan of BTS. But when I passed through the intro and prologue of the game, I was brought to a scene where the members are sitting on top of a building and behind them is a sunset and with just three icons in the bottom. I have no why it happened. I tried redownloading it again and the same thing happened again. It's making me kinda impatient. But I'm trying to cool myself off.

Just one major problem
I miss the days when people actually listened to the rules and DIDN'T write shippy fanfiction between members. It's literally in the rules somewhere: no romantic stuff between members. Some time ago, that seems to have fallen by the wayside, because now there are at least two Taekook stories on the top stories per week, and Netmarble hasn't done anything about this. I did genuinely enjoy this app before it apparently became a breeding ground for even more shippy RPFs. These days, I'm just waiting and hoping for Netmarble to actually do something to enforce the original rules. I know that if I were one of the members and even saw the *home page* of this app with the most popular stories, I'd be extremely uncomfortable.

Over Abusing The App
My experience on BTS Universe has been great so far but I have come across MANY stories that involve shipping the members together, over sexual content, raping, abusing, self harm, etc. I personally think this stuff should not be allowed and should be banned from this app. People should not be able to promote these types of things because it is really just disgusting. Some of the authors I follow are now not updating their stories until something is done about these exact problems. Some are even wanting to “BOYCOTT NETMARBLE”. Please do something about this immediately so we can get through this and many more problems do not have to occur, thank you.

This app really needs to be monitored, their are to people on here Names Negar the other Farnaz who basically write soft porn! It’s disgusting. Negar romanticize emotional abuse and promotes self harm! Netmarble you need to ban these writers. If you ever looked at the community board and seen the complaints of these particular two people you would then know they need to be banned from this app! The disrespect for the rules is awful and still you allow it! There are kids 12 years old with this app and these two tell the readers to go to Wattpad to read more filth! Apple or Netmarble someone needs to take responsibility and not allow these two on this app!!

Maybe Add A Character Creator
I think this app is very well done but if I’m being honest I would enjoy it more if you could customize the side characters. I’m not the biggest fan of BTS. They are very talented but I don’t really listen to much of their music. What I really downloaded this app for is its story telling options. This app is really ahead of the curve when it comes to creation. I would love to be able to create stories with characters that I create , not just BTS. I know this is a BTS app but I think it would bring even more BTS fans in if they feel that they could create characters that look like them. While it’s nice that you have some black characters it’s all just the same model with new clothes and there are no black male options. Being able to have characters that the consumer can create could help make this app an even more immersive experience.

Problem, anything else is alright
Hi! So I love this app, but I've been recently experiencing one problem.
When I open the app, the things such as Netmarble and the loading screen with the boys appear, but when the game tries to start, it only stays in "Checking Update Info" which is a problem for me because I can't get into the game. I am gonna give it four stars because I really love the game, but I need to get in so I would like this to get fixed. Thank you!

I love it! but a slight problem
I love this so much! Especially all the stories different creators make. It’s fun to read all of them and get to see everyones creativity. But slight problem i’ve faced for awhile, recently it hasn’t let me onto the app. Every time i press on the app icon, i get the same intro you know the ‘net marble’ and ‘bh entertainment’ and the starting point where it has all the members characters with them lying down waiting for the start button. But that button does not come up. And i’m worried that everything i bought, with gems, coins, and real money. I’ve also wanted to start a story about self love, and i did, all the episodes are in my drafts. and i’m afraid if i delete the app, everything i’ve started and everything i bought would be gone once i redownload it back. not sure if i’m the only one experiencing this and if it’s a bug, but i would really love to get back to playing! But overall it’s really such a good app, and hopefully i can get back on it.

Amazing!! But...
It started crashing!!!! I was so happy because they had just updated the main storyline and jewels are so much easier to come by, but now whenever I try to watch stories, the game crashes!!! I really hope you fix this! It seems like the same thing that happened to BTS World quite a while back. It kept on crashing whenever I tried to play but it finally got fixed. Hopefully it’s the same for BTS Universe Story! I’ll continue to play as much as I can because I love this game sooo much and I hope the crashing can be fixed soon! 💜

Love this game so much but a few questions
I would like to create a romance story but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of choices action wise when I am creating a romantic story. Like I can make BTS look happy when talking to the main character but at the same time it would be nice to have some bashful expressions for the game. Like blushy expressions. I can find work around of course but I still would like an easier way to get the exact emotion I want out of the story. But besides that it’s amazing! Also is there a possibility you guys can make it possible for the characters to do actions together?

Amazing to unleash ur creativity!
I love this app, I got it on day one and was intrigued by the concept. It was kind of like episode, but I soon found that it was way better in quality. The graphics are stunning and there are way more options to make it almost theatrical. To be honest, you don’t even have to be an ARMY to have fun with it!
At the beginning, though, there were many issues in everything being too pricy and lack of things to buy with coins. But in the last few updates, it’s clear that the developers listen to our suggestions and implement them in the game. Now it’s much easier to get jewels and there are more options of interesting things to buy. The people on the app are also super nice and everyone enjoys reading each other’s stories.
There are still flaws, of course, but I’m sure that with more updates the game will just get better and better. Thank you for this beautiful game!!

This is one of the best games I’ve played!
First of all, there’s lots of choices and things to do around the game. You get to create stories with your own ideas, and change characters and clothes.
However, reason I didn’t rate it as a 5 star is because sometimes this game sometimes crashes. Also when I tried to paste something in the forum, sometimes the screen just freezes. Another thing is that we need more jewels. But that’s really all, otherwise, this is a good game. :)

kinda confused but the game is okay
I had the game pre-downloaded, but it somehow deleted itself from my phone... I have no idea what happened, but this game is awesome. You get a first/hand experience with the members, and the updates keep making the game better. I wish it was free to get some of the stories, because literally I have to wait weeks to accumulate enough gems to read something since I am broke.
Also, the lack of diversity is depressing. Literally, you’re supposed to feel like you are in the game, but how am I supposed to do that when I need to pay $8.99 for my skin color... Fairer skin types are cheaper which is suspicious considering the time we are in today, and for that this game automatically gets a 2-star from me.

Good app! But some flaws along the way.
This app is good overall, and I like the fact that you can get gems from the daily spins, so that you won’t have to waste that much money for a lot of gems. The fact that they give you two chances is great! This way you can save up more day after day. What I do not like is the fact that there are SO many premium choices in one episode of a story. This takes away most of your gems, because obviously you can get really hooked to some stories- maybe you could lower the price? Thank you for reading if you got this far!

I love this app so much, but I have a small suggestion
I love pretty much everything about the app. It’s really fun but there is something that I find a little annoying. I think the jewels should be easier to get. Jewels are very important to the game and are used for a lot of different things, like for costumes, picking choices, opening the sections for the main story, etc. But they are so hard to get enough of them for all of that. I have a few ideas to get more jewels, like making the spin jewels like 30 or 40 jewels and using coins to pay for jewels. That’s all I can think of right now but I hope these can be implemented!💜

I really love this game, but a bit disappointed
I really love this game soooo much and it’s really fun, funny and everything too, but there something I really want is clothes, backgrounds etc. lower(gems, coins, tickets etc.) to lower not higher because it would be easier for make new story and new episodes too. It’s took me for long while to get those stuff and level too but I’m appreciate everything y’all I really love this game! 💜💜

I Will Always Support BTS but This Game Could Use Some Changes
Good stuff first:
-The graphics are amazing! Everything looks so good.
-They really put a lot of thought into what to add for the story creation section. There’s so much to choose from, and once you get comfortable using expert creator the possibilities are almost endless.
-The earning of free gems for daily check ins and the wheel is always helpful for us that don’t have/want to spend their money.
Now not so good stuff:
-Just as I said the free gems from the check in is great, but only for the first 7 days that you play? Why can’t it keep going like in BTS World?
-The limit for the tickets. I know you can technically have more than 4 but it does stop around 8 I believe. And it 5 hours is way too long for them to replenish.
-You basically need to pay to read the actual BU stories, which was really the only reason I wanted the game. I definitely read other stories to pass the time and they were great but I mainly wanted the storyline.
It honestly seems like everything comes down to money with this game. I don’t like feeling like I’m being cornered into spending cash to really enjoy the game.
