The app for me is showing a black webpage
All BU emails aren’t registered
My BU email for some reason isn’t registered on the database so I can’t use the app at all.

Hi there! Sorry for the issue. Currently, the reason why one is not able to access the app is because they do not live in Kilachand Hall or is not in the Kilachand Honors College. Once the app expands to more residence halls, more people will have access!
Useless app that solves a non-issue
I stand strongly against the app. Solves a non issue and makes an actual issue. Basically you can only reserve if you own an Apple phone…

Hi there! I am really sorry about the issues you are facing and I promise we will fix them. Firstly, if you have any input on how to make the app more useful, I would be happy to hear them through our recommendation form. Regarding only apple users being able to use the app, this is not true. The app is on the Google Play store, but you must be signed into to the Google Play Store with your BU email to download. Please let me know how this goes!
