Support is really great

Support was really nice, responsive and helpful. Played the game for over 8 years and I love it. I do hope they make it a little easier to progress though.

I’ve played this game for more than 8 years and spent plenty, but they have made it impossible to advance without paying. I’m at level 2192 and I’ve quit playing at times for this reason. I don’t mind spending if it’s for the fun of the game but HATE it when it’s just to survive. I’m very close to deleting it for good.
New: I have spent the last $30 on this game that I ever will. No more again EVER!
