When will you send my winnings? It's more than a month now. You said on the app that your players will receive their winnings in 5 days? What happened to 5 days. Been waiting for it for more than 4 weeks. Contacted your customer service many times but they are not resonding.

I was enjoying this game but I won again and put in a withdrawl request same thing no answers no one to talk to ,support don’t support they don’t return concerns so idk might now continue if this don’t get resolved otherwise I did like it til it was time to recieve winnings!

I can’t get any customer support at all. I have tried to deposit money to play this game and the page won’t come up. This game was suggested to me and had great reviews but not for me.

I play several bubble pop games and this is definitely one of the most fair. Payouts for winning are low however.

I want to add the screen shots I have so that you can see that 8 won $24.30 on 10/28/2023. I have yet to be paid and have been promised they were reviewing all transactions and to be patient. Now they don’t answer at all. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! Not only do they not pay Al of the policy’s and explanations or questions have the same statement in them. They never had any intent to pay anyone. The reviews in the play store are all made up and I have proof of at least three. It is not that fun either. Poorly designed and strictly made to take advantage of people that simply want to play. These people could make a nice gainful profit and still pay the clients. It is wrong as wrong wrongs. Headed to Facebook and google to leave additional reviews. Please share this one and help me stop these crooks.

If I could rate 0 stars instead or 1 star I would. Scam. Will just close your account if you try to cash out. Tried to cash out $20, was never paid and then my account stopped allowing me to login for “account abnormalities” I guess they consider winning and trying to cash out abnormal.
