Great game - hard to get support
Love this game - lots of fun and I’ve won money. However, their policy specifically states you only have to submit photo verification for withdrawals over $5000 and it’s asking for it for even small withdrawals under $100. There’s no way to get around it. The support within the app is only a bot so it just spits out terms. I’ve tried emailing the company via the support link here and both times the emails bounced back. I won’t even give the government my photo id online and I don’t want to do it for some unknown outside app either. Support I hope you read this!
