Fun mindless game

How do I not lose my level when I upgrade my iPhone? Every time I upgrade my phone to a new model I lose all my levels and have to start over. Very frustrating as I’m on level 4,500!! I wish there was a way to login so that I don’t have to start at level 1 again! Please let me know how I can avoid this. Thanks
