I was playing Bubble Jewels and a weird screen popped up on my phone and it wiped out my scores and reset my phone.
I immediately contacted customer service and shared my circumstances. The next day I received a message instructing me how to fix the problem.
After doing this my phone reset and restored my game scores.
I really appreciate their efforts and support. Ok

Fun game!
Shoot Bubbles
That’s it.
RELAXING AND ADDICTIVE!
GREAT Customer Support! After a “crash” that wiped out my standing - problem was solved within 48 hours. The owner responded not some “bot” in who knows where. Thanks Boy Howdy!!!!
Great game!
I really like this game since it is a little tricky but not too hard. I give it an 5 star rating because you need to have good aim and be able to loose sometimes too! I really do think it is a game that other people should play! I hope this review was helpful.

Bubble Jewels
I enjoy this game, and so far have reached 97… sometimes the trigger goes off and startles me, messes up my game, but it makes it a little more challenging.

This game helps my arthritic hand to keep moving with control!!!
A great stress reliever
I did not realize, at first, that there could be some subtle strategies involved. That was a pleasant discovery.

Different game
Not a challenging game!
A+ Game
Love this game!! Is totally addictive!
Bubble fun
I enjoy this game daily.
Bubble
I enjoy playing this challenge.
Best of the worst, worst of the best
I LOVE bubble pop games. I LOVE Boy Howdy as they’re always free and usually perfect. This one’s the exception. There’s no option for angle shooting and sometimes the aim is off (no, it’s not me). So I unfortunately only give this a 3 star rating.
Geometry review
Great game for practicing geometric angles! Addicting!
Great game
Have been enjoying this relaxing yet challenging game for awhile now, love it!
Bubble Jewels
This game is brilliant, addictive yet calming and surprisingly rewarding as you advance through the levels.
I must add that the back up I received from Julie at Boy Howdy Technology was over and above the call of duty.
To cut a long story short, I had amassed a score of over 7 million over months of playing and my wife, one evening decided to play and deleted my ongoing game, to say I was disappointed Is like saying 10 Downing Street is the new Wetherspoons, anyway through a series of Emails Julie somehow got my score reinstated and I cancelled the divorce.
