It’s a fun game but for some reason it has stopped letting me play cash games. Don’t know what is going on.

I really liked this game, but now when I go to play the only option I have is to play free games even though I have cash and gems. I tried contacting the support, but the AI just sends the same message over and over. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn’t help. Very disappointed

Then the game completely froze so I had to restart. Of course I go back to find it still took all my cash
Banned for no reason
I recieved an email that my request for withdrawal was rejected due to my account being banned. There was no reason for my account to be banned other than they obviously just didn’t want to pay me. It was the minimum withdrawal amount so they only had to pay me 5 dollars so I don’t understand why they would refuse it or ban my account as I have done absolutely nothing wrong.

I won $8 at my 4th game today. It’s not that much but definitely made my day. Love it.

UPDATE: somehow you made it even worse. There’s no way to earn gems from games now unless you’re playing cash games. Wow. I’m seriously so disappointed, because I was actually starting to love this game. It was the first one that I felt didn’t scam you out of money. Hopefully you make a better update soon, because I don’t think I’ll be bothering with it any more if it stays like this. There’s no point.
Dear developers, PLEASE MAKE IT AVAILABLE TO GO BACK INTO A GAME IF IT’S UNFINISHED! I have had my game crash during the beginning of a game so many times and then it shows I have a score of “0”. It’s really frustrating, because you can’t go back in and finish the game. Lots of other apps have a feature to go in and “finish” a game that you started, as long as you do it within an hour. I don’t need an hour, necessarily, but even if it was just 10 minutes to go back in and finish, it would be a life-saver. Sometimes, when I don’t have cash to spare, I rely on playing the 10 gem games over and over until I can save up to the 300 gem game and have a chance win cash. It’s especially frustrating when it takes forever to get to that point and then the game crashes and I’m back to zero gems.

Since update it crashes and you lose money
I like the game but since the last update it now crashes all the time. Constant server errors when you start a game and you lose your cash or jewels that you use to start the game. Super annoying, and not fun anymore..
Ripoff
The game constantly freezes and doesn’t reward you while still taking gems and energy. I reported the glitch to customer support even with a video of it occurring and they totally blew me off and denied it. It’s right their in the video!
