What happened to my game? Why did it start me over and took all my diamonds. This is my favorite game but I’m getting tried of starting over.

Glitches at level 201

I got to level 201 and completed it but comes back as a failed level. I tried over 5 times and won but again acts like a fail. I looked at the chapter level and it’s missing level 202. It has level 203 and so forth. I contacted support and no answer as of yet
