Super fun to play. Distracts me when I’m sick and makes sure to make every level harder but not to hard.

So fun I play this every day
Best part is if you’re patient about playing the hard and super hard rounds and keep trying, the game seems to lower the challenge level eventually (at least to me). Otherwise I would have deleted it. Patience = $0. I love the new mini games too. I only wish the Tidy Mart one lasted longer since it has so many moves and you have to earn a lot of gloves. Even playing 1.5 - 2 hours a day I’ve never finished a whole game.

Not sure what happened to my original review? I got a response, came here and found no review so I am reposting. Their Customer Service treated me very rudely simply for inquiring about some clarity for their newest event. They talked down to me and came off extremely condescending. Not to mention that this is replacing spinning the wheel for multiple prizes now you only get one prize. I’ve gotten the same prizes every single day I play and I’ve played for multiple days in a row. They also say you were supposed to have a better chance for better rewards The more you play, but that is not happening. I pointed that out to them and again they came back with a rude condescending response.. I don’t even want to play this game anymore, they’ve diminished ways you can earn rewards and just want you to pay for it.

Rude Customer Service
This game has been going downhill for a long time, but at least their Customer Service used to be efficient, polite and helpful. The current person I have been dealing with has been incredibly rude the entire time. Very condescending tone and long unhelpful messages that don’t address the real problem. Their newest event which replaced the wheel, (which was a mistake, the wheel gave you a lot more rewards) has confusing terminology. I asked for clarity and they’re acting like I am a complete idiot when the wording on their game is where I’m getting my information from. If they don’t want people to get confused, maybe they should spell things out clearly in the game instead of having people come to the Customer Service to ask questions because they clearly don’t like answering them. I don’t even feel like playing anymore, at the end of the day they are just making it harder to earn rewards without having to spend money which I would never spend one dime on this company
