Game crashes a lot
I can play free matches without a problem. But when I try to play paid matches, it freezes on the screen where it matches me with an opponent. When I contact support, they’re just like oh it’s still pending. If you don’t get a match in seven days then you’ll be refunded. I’m like I didn’t even get to take a single shot, because it froze. I didn’t even get to the screen where the game starts. I feel like I should be refunded for that regardless of pending or matches. Until they fix the issue, don’t use this app.
In addition, when I was concerned that I was being matched against bots because they were scoring numbers that were impossibly high, I’d send the match ID to customer service. It turns out that they can’t even watch the playback. Even though they say they take things seriously and they’ll investigate. I don’t know how they can investigate if they can’t even watch the play-by-play. They have a lot of lip service, but they don’t actually do anything about issues.

This game is ok when u need to rank up your tickets BUT very few people are playing this game. A lot of pending matches that are eventually matched. Guys come on and join the fun. We need players to play.

Whenever you find your self having to wait, especially long periods of time. This is just one of games that can help you stay occupied. And it doesn’t hurt that there’s a chance to win real money. Also the costumer service is in my opinion is awesome, the response time was super fast and actually wanted to make sure any question or problem was resolved .
