I had to give this game 5 stars so I can write a review. I was playing this game and minimum to cash out was $10. I tried cashing out for the $11 and the money disappeared. I send a message customer support a message and they haven’t responded. What a crock.
Frozen screen took my money and gems
There are so many games like this and this one is trash. The screen keeps freezing and taking my money and gems after forcing me to cancel my game. Frustrating and useless.

When I first Downloaded this app it was good and I really liked it but then after I made my first withdrawal I stop wining games from them. I had this all for a few weeks and every time I tried and played one of the games even if I got a really high score I would still loose, I would make either nothing or barley little, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!!!! I also want to say about the deposits, my first deposit was fine but when I wanted to deposit $13 it never arrived, I waited around 3 weeks and I had no updates, I messaged the support team and didn’t get an answer

Why to do first deposit to be able to collect withdrawing amount?
