Inconsistent.
Trying to sign up for car wash club. App crashed during registration; now I’m locked out. How can my email both be already used for an account, but also have no record leaving me unable to reset the password. Frustrating. It’s also apparently linked to my phone number, but all that does is provide an additional way I’m blocked from registering with a different email.

Why can I not remove my personal info
Why can I not remove my CC info from this app. Terrible as I should be able to remove my info since I no longer use their services.

They need to offer a credit card delete like Amazon and all other apps you always should be able to take your personal credit card off of a file and app

Can’t use gift cards to buy a membership
Great concept, but there’s no way or area to add/use a gift card for a membership and they won’t/can’t process a payment for a membership in store.

Can’t see the advantage of this app
Doesn’t work very well. Won’t allow you to use email coupons and when you pull up to talk to sales agents they just tell you the price to take to the cashier with no way to add the service to the app to collect points. Doesn’t seem to have any advantage (unless you’re willing to pay for the memberships)

Looking forward to washes now…..
There is a little hiccup for some users that want to join the club, so just email bubbles and they’ll help get it rectified. Can’t wait to have a cleaner vehicle more often now!
