You were right, and thank you for saying it plainly. The version you paid for had real problems and it should not have shipped in that state. Here is what we are doing about it: if you request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com we will fully support it (because we cannot issue it directly), and you keep full access either way. Update: the much improved version has been approved by Apple and is available now as a free update, including a text size control, cleaner speech bubbles, and a long list of fixes. We want this to be the fun little app it is intended to be and that our customers expect.
