macOS 26 requirement

Absolutely ridiculous to require macOS 26 for a bookmark app. Zero stars for that alone.

Dates

I despise dates on folders and anywhere I don't put them. Unusable for my use case because of this. Disappointing because the app looked like it would be perfect otherwise.

I would rate it 5 stars if...

Honestly it's a very good app but need new update with function to automatically get title from website when you want to save a bookmark from Share Sheet. No one wants to do it manually all the time.

Thank you and there is already functionality in the test version for getting the title from the URL so that is coming in the next version.

Can’t import Netscape HTML format.

I exported my bookmarks in HTML format. When I tried to import them into Buchen, nothing happened. So, I can’t test out the app.

Sorry to hear you're having problems. The HTML format is supported and has been tested against exports from the major browsers. If you reach out to the support email address with more information I'm sure I can determine if there's a bug that is not found with the test files or an issue with the file being imported.

Delighted with this superb app

Excellent app with a pretty UI and intuitive, pleasant workflow. Kudos to the developer for not infecting the app with analytics or telemetry trash. I would like to pay for such exquisite little gem, but see no option? Very pleased with the application, thankful it exists.

Can you extract title from webpage and use as title?

Thank you for the feedback. This functionality is now being tested in should be released in two releases (version 2024.07).

Latest Apple update erased all my bookmarks

After updating to the latest version of iOS today all of my bookmarks are gone. Fortunately I had exported a back up that I was able to restore. But now every time my phone is rebooted the Bookmarks disappear again.

Sorry to hear that happened. I've not heard of that happening so if you could contact me via support, I'd be very interested into trying to figure out this problem.

What a great little app!

This has finally broken my bad habit of MMS'ing URLS to myself to read later. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the Mac version of the app automatically (as in, no configuration required at all) picked up the URLs I'd bookmarked on my phone.

One thing that'd be great to see is some intelligent (i.e. automatic) tagging suggestions when bookmarking. If a set of "suggested" tags could be displayed for the user, and perhaps filtered to match tags that the user has already generated? And a similar feature for bookmarks would be handy too.

A nice start

I won’t use it because it will not import folders of bookmarks. But I do like what I see except the search/Add section takes way too much space. Covers lots of small phone screens.

Oh well I will keep looking.
No folders is the real killer .

Thank you for the feedback and I appreciate that folders can be important. They are currently being developed but I appreciate if people cannot wait. However, I hope everyone who wants folders will see when the new version with folders is out and give it a try.

Love the app!

This app is great for managing browsing among sets of sites that you use a lot. If they add folders and better ways of rearranging your bookmarks, it will be a Must Have app.

Thank you very much for your feedback. All feedback is very much appreciated. I'm afraid I can't say when it will happen but folders are a high priority feature and, in addition to adding folders, work to extract them from HTML imports is already underway.
