Loaded tickets at the venue and error message at checkout.
Scam with no customer support
Do not use this app or website. This is a scam where they are charging for tickets and have no customer support when things go wrong due to their website and deceptive marketing. They are also keeping and probably selling customer data. No matter how many times I unsubscribe from emails and texts, I still get them. Stay away!!!

I do genuinely enjoy BucketListers as a whole, but the app definitely needs a lot of work. There’s always glitches happening. There’s certain parts of the app that I can’t press. like if I want to specifically search in my city, I don’t have access to that if I want to change my city it takes so long because it just glitches so most of the times I just used their website and not their app it is very convenient to see what’s happening now, but you don’t have a lot of access to the entire thing and has somebody that likes to travel. I can’t switch between major cities.

No help but taking money
It’s sad how you can’t even reschedule the same day we tried to push our time back because our baby got sick and they said all sales are final we don’t want the money back just change the time and you can’t even contact them because no phone number or the chat lines not open smh what a scam this should be against the law to take people money and you pose to be helping get deals or whatever you pose to be doing this is pitiful and sad and discount I only saved $10 from $109 to $99 using the app
