No tickets, but they took my money.
I purchased tickets and was given a link to click and was informed that my tickets would automatically appear in the Bucks app. They never did. They weren’t in the Ticketmaster app either. I reached several times over five days through email and phone calls. I repeated asked for my tickets or my money back. Neither request was granted. I keep being told to reload the app or look in the bucks app. I reply with “I did and they still aren’t there in the app” and they reply with “did you check the Bucks app?” I love my Milwaukee Bucks and cannot afford to attend games every year. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend using the app the get tickets. It used to work a couple years ago, but apparently not anymore.

Not working
Trying to resell tickets and it won’t work…
Unstable App
Had to download this app to access my tickets (ridiculous) and can’t get past the enable location services screen. I select continue and it crashes each time. How am I supposed to access my tickets?
Notifications
I turned off notifications in the app and still receive all of their promotional notifications. Small issue, but very annoying.

Ticket Transfers Never Work
I use the app on a monthly basis and it works great once you get your tickets and you’re at Fiserv. Ticket transfers are plagued with errors,wasted time and the stress of dealing with Ticketmaster.
Too much info.
Website is good, but like most websites today, there are just too many choices. Too much information. Screen too crowded. Because of all this mishmash, it’s hard to navigate the thing. I know it’s all about advertising and making money but sometimes it’s just too many things crammed into too little space.

Widget broken
The Bucks app widget on iOS always shows same previous game against the Lakers and then show duplicate games. Been like this for months without a fix. Always shows the last game against the Lakers.

Scam problem
My dad’s friend brought bucks ticket on a weird website and she was scammed. So I would really appreciate if you guys would investigate and have a website that won’t be used for a hacker.
Upset
I downloaded the app to keep up with events going on in Milwaukee, but the app didn’t let me get past the setup part. I guess I will just have to use the Fiserv Forum website.
Bucks Night Out is a scam
Purchased tickets for “Bucks Night Out” for Dec 21 2025 vs Wizards. Received a confirmation email about the free Michelob Ultra that was included with the purchase. However, the instructions in the email about the “simple” process to redeem the offer did not match the options available in the app. Had to pay full price for my beer. What a scam!!! Even asked the guy working the beer booth. He said there should have been a scannable bar code with the ticket. He looked in my phone, couldn’t find it. I’m very disappointed in Ticketmaster and the Bucks for this!!!
