App Not Opening
Just as the title, the app in IOS just stuck on opening logo. It does not load further than this, tried months ago, and now as well, the problem is not resolved.

The app most of the time doesn’t response on any thing
No storage permissions asked and no data stored in the app.
Tried booking tickets while continuing as guest wasn’t a very pleasant experience, wasn’t able to download the ticket since the app permissions were never asked for storage. Thought I lost my ticket and wasn’t able to see any history or info in the application. Thankfully the email arrived but a little late.(confirmation email should be instant for such big corporation handling big data.
Security risk since people with same name can mix match the system as no DOB is required.
Overall not a very good application for handling such big data.

Friendliest UI and easy to navigate
The Buddha Air app has truly changed my life! As someone who travels frequently for work, this app has made my journeys so much smoother and stress-free. The interface is clean, intuitive, and incredibly easy to use, booking flights, checking schedules, and managing reservations has never been this seamless.

A well developed app
This app has a well designed user interface and is fast loading, i love the improvements made on it. I book all my flights through it. Great job
I wish I could give it zero stars
The app is just terrible. First, I could not book with it because it would not accept my international credit card. I had to go to a travel agent and pay in person. When I flew from Kathmandu to Pokhara, all the flights were cancelled or delayed due to bad weather at the Pokhara airport. Yet there was precious little info on the app about the status of the flights and I could not understand the announcements in the KTM airport - the English was so as that it was unintelligible. I rely on airline apps in these circumstances but not in this case. For my return trip I got messages on the screen of my iPhone two weeks before my flight, stating that flights were being affected by poor weather, but the messages were not visible on the app when I opened it (I was using it as a guest, not signed in). It found my flight when I searched for it, it then said I had no booked trips.

Opening the app simply results in a 25th anniversary logo and then it freezes. Use the website…

Good App with Some Bugs
The app is very well designed and has a clean interface. However, there is one consistent bug that informs me that the transaction wasn't successful when in fact the transaction was successful. Because after a few minutes I get my e-ticket mailed to me. I always use esewa as the payment method so I'm not familiar with this error when using other payment methods.
As far as other improvements is concerned, real time notifications of important flight announcements and details would be a welcome feature.

The app isn’t working
After the latest update - the app doesn’t work at all. Says loading but doesn’t load a thing. Ends up with “something went wrong, please try again later”

The app works fine while booking for NEP national but when booking for nstionality as Other i.e. FOR, the app keeps crashing! Do fix it asap!
