Buddio has been a game changer when it comes to tracking my mental health. It keeps me on track with daily tasks and it has helped me process emotions I would have otherwise internalized. The guided journal entries are the absolute best. I’m so grateful for this app.
All-encompassing app
For me I hate to use mental health apps because they are all the same——journal your thoughts and meditation tips. This app not only provides that, but it also has writing prompts that actually make me stop and reevaluate my thoughts. It helps me think rationally and try to make sense out of the 100 frustrating thoughts and feelings I have.

Keeps my Mental Health in check
I’ve been using the app over the course of a few months and it has become a part of my nightly routine. It has innovative and personalized features that fit my needs and wants in a self-help app. My favorite feature is the mood check in and activities like the gratitude journal, breathing exercises and daily checklists. They help ground me And bring me back down when I am on the verge of tipping over. This app has helped me keep myself in check and I’ve learned a lot about myself and coping skills to make myself feel better. Buddio has improved my life tremendously.
