Great punch and time keeping system
I have been using Buddy punch for almost two years to run my business schedule. It handles all vacation/time off requests. Acts as proper punch clock with custom features like geo locking and automatic punch outs.

Billing Unclear
I signed up for the pro plan. I thought it was $5.99 a month per user with a $19.00 base fee per month to be billed every month. I did not know it was billed annually and was surprised when I got an invoice for almost $600. The wording when selecting a plan was not very clear and while I like the app itself, I wish the billing was better detailed.

New to me, but so far all has been great!!
Fairly straightforward for our team
Our team has been using this for about 5 years and it has greatly simplified keeping track of time. We use the QRO code which makes for a good punch system and just hang an iPad on the wall 24-7. Even those who struggle with technology seem to be fairly competent.

Horrible app
Extremely difficult to just even sign up to get started.
Terrible, badly designed, not though through in any way
I receive “network error” and tons of issues punching in AFTER it confirms I’ve submitted my times. Absolutely garbage all the way through
App takes forever to load sometimes
Clocked in 6 minutes late because the app took forever to load and punch me in, no matter how many times I closed it and opened it again.
Buddy Playful Punch
Easy to use - no glitches to date (knock on phone as opposed to wood) and I know the punch refers to punching in and out - but I thought I would throw in playful like a buddy would punch.

Not good for certain industries
We have a catering business with about 75 employees that we pull from based on the size of our events. Having to inactivate them all and then reactivate every month led to errors and hold ups when employees would clock in. The software would be better if it only charged for employees that actively punch in during a month while letting us leave all of our employees active in the system. Also - we had a pattern of some employees with darker skin having problems with facial recognition. So that was bit embarrassing and led to the final decision to put everyone back on punchcards.

Make it available in landscape view and reset the user each time someone's logged in as opposed to one employee always being saved
Easy peasy
Easy, nice to use and convenient. Just need to make the app able to be horizontal (at least) on the iPad version because we use it at my shop and the iPads sit in locked horizontal placement!

I have tried too many other apps, some of them very expensive and most of them don’t have that we need as per daily need. This app got good fetures for those buisness who working in field. I am using this app for my cleaning buisness and it help alot. Thanks Buddy Punch !
Cant access any other functions
Can only clock in and out can’t see my time sheet to check my hours or anything.
