I attempted to fix it by subscribing again which cost me another $22.99. Now less than a week later it’s back to the free version.

This is and outstanding game which helped my child learn but when I saw it on an add,it said “free”.I didn’t believe it at first but my son said I should get it so I downloaded the app but it said that you had to pay money.But, overall it is worth it.There are a few glitches but I’m sure they will me fixed

Trying to withdraw funds
Even though I canceled before the free trial ended, buddy.ai has tried to withdraw funds (29.99) on multiple occasions. Luckily I have my card locked. No way to contact any form of customer service.
Don’t recommend subscription.
Shortly after paying a 6 mo subscription. Ap freezes. Can’t open. Tried reinstalling, update ap and devices, different device. Nothing. Have a disappointed kid and out 5+ mos money for subscription to an ap that can not even open. When click on link for support it’s not for support.
