App is False!
I received a reward for a free birthday pizza. I clicked on the reward to read the terms and conditions. After hitting the backspace, the free birthday pizza never showed back up on the app. Now I can’t use it.

Gift card??!!
In using the app, it wanted to keep putting it on the credit card. I have on there. When I changed it to gift card, it would not take it. Not very user-friendly BUDDYs.

The app is stuck on the “finish your account” page but I already HAVE an account.
Forced the app closed - didn’t help.
Turned iPhone off and on - zilch.
Forced restarted iPhone - still stuck.
Deleted and reinstalled app - STILL NO!!
Told the Woodhaven manager (Doug) that I couldn’t log in and he was ZERO help.
Now I can’t log in and I have 905 points!!

No more lunch specials?
What happened to the lunch specials? Used to get them all the time and now it’s not showing up. Also thanks for updating the app it’s even worse than before

Have had multiple occasions where I can’t place an order. “Error validating basket”. Guess i’m going to get Green Lantern or Jets today

The previous rewards program was better, and some options not available.
Buddy bread
Buddy bread is available as a special offer, but it’s not on the menu. Garlic bread is also a special offer and is on the menu, but wouldn’t it let me apply the special offer. Website definitely need some work.

Had trouble using rewards for my pizza. Once you make a selection the app won’t let you change a reward. Very frustrating!

The new app that you have is just awful!! The older one was so much easier for placing an order.
Bugs and where’s my points go?
So I guess they rolled out a new version of this app. It’s got nice graphics and it’s somewhat user-friendly.
I don’t like the fact that I lost the point that I already earned. Then they gave me some loyalty points for signing up again and I couldn’t use them. there was no option.

Wonderful Sauce, Terrific Pizza
The crust, brick cheese and sauce combine to make one of the best pizzas we eat. It’s distinct in its flavor and once you’ve had it it’s hard to find one that compares. Nice staff, too!
This App is not good
This app now is not user friendly, now requires credit card, you don’t get credit for a couple days.
