My daughter is in the Play Group, and my main expectation was for her to mingle with other children, build confidence, and develop social skills. I am very happy with the teacher and the nanny. They are caring, interactive, and ensure that the children learn in a fun, engaging, and comfortable environment. It’s wonderful to see my daughter enjoying school while learning something new every day

Multiple bugs

The screen dimension keeps changing and does not restore even after closing and opening the app. No direct support to resolve this issue

Buggy app

I am using it since long time and got a log bugs but no page to report them. No contact us page. Switch to today button never shows exact day it always go to random day and keep us taking there always. While click on links app got hang.

Good app but has basic functionality issues

It’s a good app to track everything my kid is doing but there’s one major flaw.

Whenever we click on Check Class Activities, it always goes to Week 1, Day 1. Pls fix this or at least mention in the notification that which week and day info is added matching the notification.

Upgrade Notifications

There should be notification alert whenever teacher adds any of activity or class work or pictures also

slow, unresponsive, who cares about your anniversary

The Buddies World app is already buggy, and hiding notifications behind a 25th anniversary pop-up only makes the experience worse. Please get rid of these unnecessary pop-ups. Users open the app to use its features, not to keep seeing anniversary promotions.

App doesn’t fit in iPad devices

Learning app is not fitting in iPad screen. It’s overlapping and content goes outside of the screen. Also scroll is not working

App display issue

App doesn’t fit the screen of iPad 8th gen. It is too big for the screen and there is no option to zoom out

Login Issue – Unable to Confirm OTP

I am facing an issue while logging into the app. After entering the OTP, I am unable to proceed because the “Confirm” option is hidden behind the keypad and not visible on the screen.

Due to this, I’m unable to complete the login process.

Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.
