What's New in Budge
1.10.2
October 27, 2026
Budge has grown a lot since 1.0. Here's everything that's new. NEW • Trip History: tap the clock button on the Lists screen to see past trips, with every item, its quantity and price, and the total. Choose how long to keep trips in Settings. • Automatic sorting: turn on Sort New Items Automatically for a list, and Apple Intelligence puts new items in the right section. Sort Uncategorized Items in the ⋯ menu sorts the ones already there. • WIC and EBT: turn it on in Settings, then mark items paid with benefits when you check them off. They go in your cart at no cost to your budget. • Container deposits: set your state's deposit in Settings and how many cans or bottles an item has. Deposits are added to your total but not taxed. • Skip items: swipe left on an item and tap Skip to hide it until you finish shopping. Skipped items aren't counted in the projected total. • Collapsible sections: tap a section's name to collapse it, like in Reminders. • Add to Cart on the Add Items and Edit Item screens puts an item straight in your cart. • Match your receipt: when you finish shopping, change the trip total to match your receipt before it comes off your budget. • A quick tour shows how Budge works. See it again anytime in Settings under How Budge Works. • Rate Budge in the App Store from Settings. IMPROVEMENTS • Type prices and coupons without a decimal point. Typing 275 gives 2.75. • Items sold by weight show short units, like 2.1 lb × $3.49/lb. • When you give a list its own tax rate, Budge offers to save it in Settings too. • Names of lists, items and sections start each word with a capital letter. • If Apple Intelligence can't sort your items, Budge tells you why. • Add to Cart works on the first tap, even while the keyboard is showing.
