BudgetAir – Extremely Poor Customer Support Experience
I’m very disappointed with BudgetAir’s customer service. I booked my China Eastern Airlines flight through their platform, but when I tried to change my flight tickets, I contacted them three to four times, and every time they refused to help or provide any proper solution.
Even though I clearly stated that I was ready to pay any required charges, they kept repeating the same excuse: “No tickets or flights are available for your requested city and country.”
However, when I personally checked online, I found that tickets were actually available for my route — meaning they didn’t even bother to check properly.
It’s really disappointing to face such unhelpful and unprofessional service from a platform that claims to make travel easier. I strongly suggest BudgetAir improve their communication, flexibility, and customer support.

Scam, fraud & to be aware
Hello everyone, I am sharing my experience .I purchased a ticket from this app April 2025. But this app didn’t send anything to me. They made a excuse airline hold your ticket.After alot of calls and requests i paid double money then I received my ticket. I am requesting to everyone please 🙏 don’t purchase any kind of ticket from this app. On another hand airline can’t help you without reservation or itinerary number. And customer service person very rude.Please be aware those kind of people. Thnks.

Inaccurate
Do NOT book! Twice u have booked & the price in the app was not accurate and $100 more! Under NO circumstances do they refund
