Never respond to emails. Reno full of my own my credit card had to be cancelled and a new one issued. I contacted Paypal who advised me that they had contacted you directly while also encouraging me to contact you to enable an order to go. I have written to you on several occasions and never received the response and this was no difference and I did not hold out much hope Given I’ve been a customer for some time and you provide an opportunity to contact you directly. One would hope that this would occur but of course it did not resulting in my order being cancelled and me having to purchase food from another retailer. Provider service the enables customers to contact you if you completely ignore their communication from that and other from that of them other retailers.
