Budgio Money helps you capture expenses, scan receipts, manage multiple accounts, and understand your spending in one simple, private app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Organize spending across multiple accounts, each with its own monthly and category budgets • Sync accounts, expenses, and budgets across your Apple devices with iCloud • Add expenses quickly by hand or with receipt scanning • Import receipt images and PDFs from Camera, Photos, Files, or the Share menu • Follow receipt processing in Import Activity, with persistent progress and cancellation controls • Explore spending by category, merchant, account, and month • Search expenses and move quickly between months • Export your data as CSV or as a complete package with receipt images COMPATIBILITY • Manual expense tracking is available on every supported device running iOS 17 or later • AI receipt scanning uses Apple Foundation Models on-device and requires compatible Apple hardware and software • When AI scanning is unavailable, you can always enter expenses manually PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No Budgio account or sign-in is required • Your financial data is stored on your device • When iCloud is available, your data can sync through your private iCloud account • Receipt understanding is performed on-device PREMIUM Budgio Money can be used for free, with premium features available after a 7-day trial through a one-time purchase.
