So so needed! This is so so helpful to track your units and allotment, as well as the strain log/journal feature! It’s ever improving too!

I like this app a lot, it was really easy to navigate. I enjoy the journaling section where I can keep up with what I’ve tried and whether or not it has helped. I use the educational section of the app, to help me to better understand what I have, and what I might need to change. With access to the app on my mobile device it’s a very easy reference when I need it.
