I really the bundle buy feature. Shame cases are no longer supported. UI is great. Deliver time varies but most of the items I bought got delivered within 30 minutes. Fees are quite low (2%). Though withdrawals are limited to Chinese mainland users.

客服问题
反馈有交易问题，只有机器人的复制粘贴。再次反馈就石沉大海，想新增问题反馈会提示有未完成的问题，然后跳转回去无回复的老问题，不论从哪里找客服都会跳转回原来的问题反馈，可是没有人回复跳转回去干什么呢？用户体验非常差。

买家买东西取消报价惩罚给卖家2%， 而卖家不发货惩罚就一会儿的交易冷却，凭什么？钱难道没有饰品重要？我在饰品暴涨前买的卖家不发货，不取消报价我钱拿不到眼睁睁看着饰品涨却买不了，取消报价又变成我的错误让卖家走了我还反贴2%。平时的手续费给你们干啥了？
